OBITUARY

Shirley Nenni, 93, of Wappingers Falls passed away peacefully at home on October 21, 2022. Surrounded by her loving family. Born December 8, 1928, Shirley, widely and affectionately known “Gram-kracker” married the love of her life Fulvio Nenni on January 27, 1956 Shirley worked for Kemp and Beatley, and Wappingers Central School District. She loved spending time with her family, shopping, visiting her favorite slot machines and cleaning. Putting everything back in its place. Including her famous perfectly folded fitted sheets. She also enjoyed cooking and sometimes sharing her recipes, watching her beloved Yankees and reciting her rosary.

Shirley was predeceased by her husband Fulvio and leaves behind a large family. Son James and wife Jacqueline of Wappingers, Daughter Kathy and husband Wayne of Wappingers and son David and wife Leslie of Staatsburg. Gram-kracker also leaves behind grandchildren Angela and Amanda Nenni of Wappingers, Anthony and Brianne Nenni of Virginia and great grandchildren Hannah and James Nenni of Virginia.
