OBITUARY
Deborah Ann (King) Mey, 64, died peacefully on February 23, 2025 after fighting a courageous battle for the last several years. She was surrounded by family and best friend, Mary Ellen Durkin, at her home in Stormville, NY. Her strength and resilience throughout this journey inspired us all. Debbie was born in Danbury, Connecticut on October 8, 1960 to the late Peggy (Donaghey) and George King. Debbie dedicated her life to her family. She was the beloved mother of Megan who predeceased her in 2021. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Keith and five siblings including her dedicated late sister, Maggie Bily and her niece and God daughter, Allison Bily, as well as her brothers, Mark, Jimmy, Steve, and her late brother George. Debbie was also treasured by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Deb ran the Tot Time toddler program and camp in Somers for many years. She also worked at Reader’s Digest for many years. Debbie was a great cook who loved being outside and tending her flower gardens.
